PHARMACOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF THE MECHANISMS OF ACTION OF A OUINOXALINE DERIVATIVE WITH ANXIOLYTIC PROPERTIES

The interactions of compound ZDM-81 with some CNS neurotransmitter systems were studied using in vivo methods to evaluate the interaction dopaminergic (catalepsy, induced haloperidol), adrenergic (clonidine hypothermia), GABAergic (test flumazenil) and serotonergic (5-hydroxytryptophan hyperkinesis) systems. It was shown that is able prolong potentiate effects 5-hydroxytryptophan, reduces catalepsy caused by haloperidol, does not affect hypothermic effect clonidine, blocked flumazenil. Thus, for substance, a serotonergic, GABAergic, weak pathway realization action shown, which requires further research.
